Placing an order with Safa Gallery means you have read and are agreeing to all of these stated terms and conditions. Prior to purchasing and to avoid any disappointments – please email us with any questions you may have pertaining to a particular item, shipping, or any other issues that would inhibit you from confidently purchasing from us. You can email us at info@safagallery.com, and we will reply within 24 hours. Once a purchase is made, we will process your order and send a shipping confirmation notice, within 48 hours. Return Policy

Safa Gallery is committed to making its customers happy and will gladly accept returns for customers who are unhappy with their order upon receipt. However, Safa Gallery must first approve returns via email and be given a chance to cure the problem before a full return of the purchase price is processed. Returns received without prior written approval from Safa Gallery via email will be refused. Original paid postage will never be returned.

No returns on items shipped internationally.

No returns on worn merchandise or festival/exhibition purchases.

A merchandise credit can be offered for half of the total cost or all of the purchase if the exchange or return is requested up to 14 days after purchase. After 14 days, no merchadise credit will be issued.

Shipping USA

Safa Gallery direct ships to all 50 United States via USPS for a flat rate of $7.00 per order. Orders are processed within 2-5 days of the order date (Monday through Friday) unless they are customized orders.

Customized or Wholesale orders should ship within one week. Orders shipped via USPS should arrive in 7-14 days from the order date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer.

International Shipping and Handling

Tax

All purchases made by Maryland residents will be taxed at a rate of 6.0% in compliance with Maryland tax law.

Product Details

All Safa Gallery products are handmade and subject to slight variants. They are also subject to slight design imperfections. Those with slight design imperfections not resulting in lack of merchantability will not be available for return.
